Sebastian Harbor Marina sits roughly five miles from the St. Augustine inlet on the calm San Sebastian River, making it an easy, sheltered overnight stop for cruisers heading north or south along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Nightly, Weekly & Monthly Stays
Transient slips are available for a single night, a weekend, or an extended stay. Dock hands assist with lines and docking on arrival, and the Harbor Master office is on site for anything you need during your visit.
Facilities for Visiting Boaters
Shore power and fresh water at the slip, marina-wide Wi-Fi, pump out, ice machines, luxury restrooms and showers, guest laundry, lockers, and 24-hour camera surveillance. Full details are on our amenities page.
Walk to Historic Downtown
Step off the dock and walk to the St. Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, the Ice Plant, and the trolley stop into the historic district — no car required. Two luxury rental apartments are also available on site for guests and crew.
